Refer a Candidate
Do you know a travel nurse or local health professional who would make a great addition to the IntellaPro team? Refer them to us today – and receive anywhere from $500 to $3,000!
Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the referral form below.
- The candidate you refer must be hired and work with IntellaPro for at least 90 days.
- After your referral’s 90th day of continuous employment, you’ll receive a percentage of their placement fee totaling between $500 and $3,000.
- Some people may be ineligible to receive a cash bonus - for instance, managers of current clients or those whose companies prohibit monetary rewards. In this case, your referral bonus will be donated to the charity of you and your employer's choice.
Refer a Client
Do you know a healthcare facility that could benefit from IntellaPro’s staffing services? Refer them to us today – and receive anywhere from $500 to $3,000!
Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the referral form below.
- The company you refer must become an IntellaPro client.
- Once we make the client’s first placement and their placement undergoes 90 days of continuous employment, you’ll receive a percentage of their placement fee totaling between $500 and $3,000.
- Some people may be ineligible to receive a cash bonus - for instance, managers of current clients or those whose companies prohibit monetary rewards. In this case, your referral bonus will be donated to the charity of you and your employer's choice.
